any body know any bad spots to see Wishes. I heard the tomorrowland bridge is not good. How about the plaza pavilion restaurant area??

We sat there all 3 night that we saw it. Pretty good view, but you have to watch out and not sit behind trees that could block your view. Also you can't really see much of the parade from this spot. Have a great time!

Yikes, and I thought the bridge to tomorrowland was supposed to be good! I guess I'll find out for myself next week. How about the old Swan Boat Landing? The bridge to adventureland? I'm trying to find decent spots out of the throngs.

We stood in one of the first branches off the walkway in the Rose Garden (off Tomorrowland Bridge). I only saw Wishes once last week, but I was very pleased with this spot. Got some great pictures of the fireworks, with the castle on the left... Don't know of any other spots, but I was happy with this one!

We were there the first night. Watched from main street. I think this is the best spot to get the full effect as fireworks fly from side to side and not just behind the castle. Just my opinion but if the crowns aren't too bad it should be great. there were over 40,000 people that night and you could not move anywhere.

Hi.

We're planning to see "Wishes" from Narcoossee's Restaurant at Grand Floridian. How much of the "full-effect" will we miss by seeing it that way?

Apart from the theme park, I saw wishes from the docks of the Polynesian resort... very pretty with the water... and again from the 15th floor observation deck at the Contemporary (we looked down on Tomorrowland, very cool). In both cases, the music and narrative were piped in. No crowds when exiting!

Anyone see it by the entrance to Adventureland? By Crystal Palace resturaunt? Sleepy Hollow Resturaunt? Still looking for good viewing spots out of the main crowds.

We were there in October and saw Wishes twice. Once from 'Ohana and once from Liberty Square (outside Liberty Tree Tavern). We had a great view from 'Ohana. We had 7:30 dinner reservations and I had requested a window seat. Wishes started at 8:30 that night, which was just when we were having our coffee and desert. The view was great because you really get the whole picture (and they dim the lights and pipe in the music). The view from Liberty Square was not that good. There were buildings and trees in the way and you really only got to see what was right in front of you, not the whole experience. I would think any where on Main Street in front of the castle but not too close to the castle. It is such a large display you really need to stand back to appreciate it.

We watched form the Tomorrowland bridge and the Rose Garden. I think the Rose Garden was a great view. My dd really enjoyed that spot, because Tink flys right over your head.

We've watched it from several places, but a really interesting vantage was the one we had Thanksgiving night. We stood right outside the Pooh queue. The fireworks launched from that side of Fantasyland were right over our heads (and low)! A few times I was a little concerned about the proximity, but no problems.

Not the best place to see Wishes for the first time, but you might try it sometime.

We watched from the upper level of the train station on Main Street. That was very good. Got to watch Spectro first, also good from there.

Friends of ours have seen Wishes from the bridge to Tomorrowland and said the view was very good from there.

I watched Wishes from Sleepy Hollow and it was a terrible view! Unfortunately the park was also very crowded that night due to Spectromagic and I couldn't move anywhere else. Next month I plan to try Main St. or the Tomorrowland bridge for a better view!

Just Returned this evening!
We watched WISHES five times during out trip. Here's the list in order of best to worst viewing.

1. Windowside table at Cinderella's Royal Table Restaurant
2. Bridge over the road from Pecos Bills in Adventureland
3. The beach at the Polynesian Resort
4. On the Tomorrowland side of the Castle outside Cosmic Rays
5. Citrico's window seat

Anywhere on the left side seems to be the best, in our experience anyway.

Texowl2,
You didn't happen to go to Rice, did ya??

You know the area near the carousel and the seating area near Ariel's Grotto (right near the bathrooms)... well we pulled out two chairs from the seating area, sat them dead in the middle of the sidewalk to the bathrooms and looked that way (away from the Castle)... AMAZING! I felt like the fireworks were going to land on us they were so close... we watched from Hub last time and prefered this... (plus no people there!!!).
