Wishes is this on in 2008?

The brochure is saying there will be fireworks in the summer season but not naming Wishes, unlike previous summers.

yeah that's all I have seen advertised and that's what was bothering me....and I am desperate to see Wishes it's my main motivation for the summer trip-i hate to say it, but I'm not particularly blown away by fireworks, pretty lights and ooohh aaaah get a little boring for me after a bit-besides I am going for new years eve too but i really REALLY wanted to see wishes!

I typed in Wishes and 2008 in Google and a company like Igloo are mentioning wishes display all through summer 2008 but that's not the same as disney saying it!

Sorry, you'll miss it unless you can just catch the last couple of days of August. In the Disney brochure it lists the Summer Season as 5th July to 31st August. The plus side of missing the Summer Season will be fewer crowds.
