Can you watch Wishes from Tony's Town Square? If not, is there any restaurant with a bird's eye?

I don't think that Tony's has a very good view of Wishes. The California Grill has a birds eye view and the music is piped in. Ohana has views of wishes and the music is also piped into the restaurant.
