Wishes Dessert Party ADR Watch Thread December 1-29 2012 Now Open!

The 10PM is going to be the "midnight" on the 31st. Looks like in prior years, they actually did a ($$$) dinner and dessert party for the 7PM showing.

I don't know why two hours, either -- it seems really strange. My friend speculated that w/the increased price they were going to feed us, too, but it looks like that's the typical NYE price so... I don't know. Kind of expecting to get a call closer to the date, changing the time of the res... or to see the fireworks time changed.

I called tonight and really wanted a ressie for Feb 1st...CM said that it wasn't open yet, but that January was and that the 31st was booked. But based on this thread I'm doubting it. Anyone had luck booking a January 2012 reservation yet? I've been trying online too...but every date I put it says nothing available, including in December (not going to be there in December but just trying to see if the online system is working at all).

I haven't been able to yet, and I've called 13x. Once a day since Nov 1st. If it were available I would have had spoken to one CM that could have booked it for me!

What date are you looking for? If you pull it up online, try choosing 10:00 as your time instead of leaving it as "anytime" or 7:00. I tried this for both 12/30 and 12/31/2011 and a 10:00 time showed as available, but if I left it at anytime or 7:00, only the 7:00 time showed.

Now if I can just get 1/11 or 1/13/2012 to show up!

Thanks for the info! It was for Dec. 31st, but I actually checked later on today and was able to successfully book the tickets! Really looking forward to a great vantage point of the midnight fireworks and great desserts!
