As anyone gotten a reservation on the website or has everyone gotten them by calling ?

Both the website & iPhone app were not at all cooperative on my 180+10 day... I tried everything I could think of to get it to work between 6am & 7am, but by 7:05 am I knew that if I wanted my must haves I needed to call. I was off the phone with my reservations done by 7:15am.

If you try at 6am online & have no success... call at or just after 7am.

Right now we are only a month away so I'm checking to see if someone may have cancelled so we can grab it. Do you think I should call instead of rechecking the website off and on all day lol ?

A quick question? Does it really matter what time you get or will anytime they offer work? We have reservations for 9pm for October 22. I wish everyone luck with getting the dates you need!

Just curious...did anyone get tickets for October 27th? Shows nothing available for any number I put in. I get to start booking my reservations on the 10th. Im a little anxious with trying to get tickets again this year...

Not here. I tried to book the 22nd, 25th and 27th at 180 days, at 6am and nothing! These dates appear to have been booked up by folks who booked at 180+10 time frames. My hotel wasn't booked, so I didn't have +10. So frustrating. I've been looking for cancellations ever since. It could be a long few months.

I had a feeling this might happen. I will have the 180+ advantage (and I am still worried) but I think I prefer the old way of making reservations of this where everyone had a fair chance. The only problem with that was we didn't know when it would become available. We got a front row table along the railing last year since I called minutes after it opened-thanks to notifications from the DISboards! Good luck. I feel bad for those staying off-site. They should really find a bigger venue for this or an additional restaurant with a view.

The parties are so limited in October because of MNSSHP...surely that is a factor in the parties selling out so quickly. Have to say, I am worried. The Dessert party was my DS's main request.

FYI....for anyone who is looking to do this, who hasn't for a while, they no longer have a photopass photographer there anymore. We did it last week for the second time - first was in 2010. Then, there was a photographer to take pics by the railing with the castle in the background. We were looking forward to that again when we did it last week since - especially since we pre-purchased memory maker - but no more photographer. I asked the CM who checked us in about it and he said they don't have a photographer anymore but many people ask him about it.

There was no PP photographer in October 2013 and the CM I asked about it acted like I was nuts, said it had been a "a very long time since they did that." Which wasn't my impression at all from reading here. We were disappointed too.

We had a photographer at the Dessert Party in May of 2013. About a a year ago.

If you are staying on site you are able to start booking 180 days from your check in date plus up to 10 days of your stay. So if your 180 day mark is today and your ate staying for 10 days you could make all your ADR's today If you are staying off site you can only book at 180 days and would have to call everyday for the 10 days.

I hope I am understanding this right. We are checking in 11/30 and only staying 6 days so...
180 days is June 3. So on June 3 I can only book dinner reservations for 11/30
then June 4 I can book reservations for 12/1 and so on?

If you are staying offsite, that is correct. If staying onsite, you can make ADRs for all 6 days of your trip on June 3.

I booked our ADR on Sunday and was able to get the party for Oct. 27th for a party of 7.
