I've been trying to snag an Ohana reservation for after our MK day for forever. I finally got one today for 8:30pm. I also had one for 9:45 but that feels too late for me. So I'd really like to keep the 8:30 IF I can get there in time and not have them cancel the reservation.

With Wishes being about 12 minutes (right?) plus the madness of the post-Wishes rush, and taking the monorail to the Poly (unless anyone thinks it'd be quicker to take the boat), do you think we'll have enough time?

Any help is very appreciated!!

i don't think so. We never exit immediately after the fireworks, but masses of people do, and a lot of people are going for the monorails.

You can always watch Wishes from the beach at the Polynesian, assuming construction hadn't closed it up while you're there.

You could watch Wishes from the beach at the Poly though.... they pipe in the music. Then you are already there.

If you must see from inside the park, I think watching from the train station give you the best possible chance for a quick exit to the monorail station.

No chance I'm afraid. Remember the monorail runs clockwise so you'll have stops at contemporary and ttc first. Maybe as o'hana guest you could watch wishes from poly beach? They pipe in the music and it's really nice.

Ahhh man! These weren't the responses I was hoping for, haha. Thank you all though! I guess I'll stick with our later time!

Looks like my other reservation is for 9:20...that seems like it will work better.
