Wishes and Wind?

We are at WDW now. We have a 7pm ADR at Cali Grill tonight. We have been looking forward to watching the fireworks tonight for a long time. However it is quite windy today. What is the threshold for Wishes to be cancelled due to wind? And how can I find out?

Wishes went off Tuesday which was not as windy as Monday. Tink didn't fly, I assume due to the wind.

I talked to some people Tuesday that said Wishes went off Monday night.
