I have a few questions for you. I'm new to the WISH board but really want to lose weight to get healthier, feel better, and so I can start working on another baby.
I love to work out at the gym but it's just not in the budget right now and probably won't be until summer at the earliest.
So, walking and exercise videos seem to be the best place for me to start. My questions are:
1. What are you using and what do you like about it?
2. How do you get/stay motivated to work out at home?
Please note that I need to lose a looooooot of weight and I don't have one of those thingee's to wear around my neck to call 911 when I have collapsed on the floor
