I'm in - need weekly support - started today will post losses on wednesday.

Would like the tracker if someone could point me in the right direction.

Welcome..... I need that support, too, so we're all supporting and cheering for each other.

About the tracker (or ticker), I think you can just click on the one in my siggy and go from there. It is very easy to set up. At the end it will give you 3 formats to copy and paste to your DIS signature (when you set one up). You want to copy the code from the first (or top) box. You can set up your DIS siggy by going to User CP on the top left of the screen. I think one of the very top options is edit signature. That's where you want to go.

I have a hula DVD too, but haven't tried it yet. Do you like it? I do a lot of yoga at home but thought I'd give something new a try.

It's hard! I'm not much of a dancer, though, and I can't quite get the hips swaying and arms moving and feet stepping all together yet. I can do the moves she starts with (basically stepping side to side and forward, don't remember the hula names), but the one where you swing your knees out and another stepping one, I'm just not doing right. But I'm having fun trying! It's Kili, Cardio Hula for Beginners. There's only one 30 minute workout so it's repetitive.
 
I have lost another 3.3 lbs bringing our total lost to 13.2 Good Job Ladies!!!!!!!! Lets keep it up!!!With all of us here, we should be able to go 10 lbs a week :yay:
 
Can I join in please :grouphug: I need all the help and support I can get! I was doing really well last year, and lost 16lbs doing Weight Watchers, but have put 12lb back on over the holidays :mad: I have around 70lbs to lose in total :sad2:

I'd like to join in here. I started WW last year and lost 29 lbs. Then we went to WDW in September and I never got back on the plan when we returned. I gained 15 lbs between then and now. So hard to take it off, so easy to put it back on.

I am back on the plan and hope to lose 36 lbs (my original 50 lb goal less what I have already lost) this year.

My weigh in day is Wednesday so hopefully I will have something to add next week.
 
Hi! :wave: I would like to join in because I need all the support I can get. I'm not on Weight Watchers but will weigh myself on Fridays starting today and I was a little shocked to see the number on the scale! But 2007 is the year to lose weight! I just know it! (Also eating four South Beach Diet Peanut Butter cookies and a whole small bag of Sour Cream and Onion Quaker Rice Snacks like I did today is not the way to do it :rolleyes: ). I would like to lose 28 lbs. this year.

You're welcome. I put my actual weight on mine, so I don't care for mine right now either, BUT I'm going to love seeing it move across as I lose weight. I weigh myself on Sundays, and I know I'll have at least some loss. Can't wait to see how much. I'm hoping for 2 lbs. We'll see.
 
I was nervous I might have had a gain this week, but luckily I was down 1.2 for our grand total of 26.2 Whoo hoo!!! Everyone is doing so great. Keep up the awesome work!!!!

Ok I weighed in again, 2nd time this week and would have liked a greater loss but I did lose .4 so that brings our total to 26.6. Keep it up all.
 
I weighed in this morning, and have lost 1.2 for the week so that brings us to 27.8 I still need to lose 1.8lbs of holiday weight then I will be were my ticker says I am.
I am having surgery on Wednesday so I won't be weighing in on Saturday, but will check in on the following Saturday (1/20). Great job, everyone!:hug:
 
Is it too late to join? I need to lose about 30 pounds. I had a baby in June, so I have a lot of baby weight to lose. My little girl was 7 weeks premature and was in the NICU for a couple of weeks- I'm a stress eater, so I actually gained weight right after she was born. I started WW online in Oct. and attend baby boot camp classes twice a week and so far I've lost 12 pounds. I wish I could lose weight a little faster, but I don't think that will happen until I'm not breastfeeding anymore. My weigh-in is every Fri. morning and yesterday I lost half a pound.
