I have tried all kinds of diets, find if I do the low carb and cut all white food from my diet and exercise on my thread mill 5 to 6 days a week I can and have lost 35 lbs in 6 months. I don't count calories just carbs, the fat and calories will be lower if you watch the carbs. I use the Fat Flush diet as a guide. I am 66 years old and it is harder to louse but the low carb and no white food works, it takes the fat from around the middle first that's where carbs go.
