Wish unplanned stop in Port Everglades?

Saw a Disney ship sailing away from Ft. Lauderdale while watching the NHL All Star Skills yesterday. Didn't think much about it but saw a pic that the Wish made a stop (unplanned) in Port Everglades. Guessing that is what I saw, any details or rumors about why? My guess is stopped to drop a sick/injured passenger but just wondering since I did not see anything post yet.

The Wish made an emergency medical stop in Port Everglades (the name of the port in Ft Lauderdale) on Thursday.

Our cruise (Jan 16th-20th) also made a stop in Port Everglades on our sea day for a medical emergency.
