Had a great time last week, but got to thinking. Do UA, Ioa & Hotel people read these boards? There are a few things that, if improved, would make it even better.

Entering the parks: There are so many different types of tickets. It seems very confusing for employees. Fingerprints -aaargh!!! We had BlueMan/Combo tickets which always caused them to scratch their heads until they just tried them in the scanner.

Why isn't there a door down below the Hard Rock by the parking lot? Maybe we just missed it, but would have liked an easier way getting in with luggage, not just in the traffic jam by the front door.

Anyway to improve the entry for Dudley? It seems very hectic for employees getting people on the ride. Pteranodon may be a lost cause loadingwise. Hopefully that will be changed someday.

Wish you could bypass the pre-show for Twister and Earthquake after you had seen it once.

It would be nice if there was a easy place to write good comments about employees, and that they would get some recognition for good comments.
 
The tickets that included the Blue Man Group were confusing because they are brand new.They've only been out a few days so it is likely that the people at the turnstiles hadn't seen them yet.
