I've updated the thread.

It's great to see so many challengers (43 as of 9/2/04) with so many minutes exercised (2217 minutes) on the 2nd day of the challenge.

Tonight I did 45 minutes on the elliptical machine. So my new total is 65/1000. sweeeet.

Thursday I did ~ 60 minutes swimming, 60 minutes spinning and 15 minutes of upper body work.

took longer today and I did it in 10mins, 15mins, etc but I did do the equivalent of 45mins so please add that for me

I exercised for 180 min today! That puts me at 370/2000. I'm trying to get a little bit ahead, as I'm expecting to be cooped up in a hotel room starting tomorrow when we have to evacuate for hurricane Frances!

Please send "hurricane Frances go away" PD to the state of Florida! We really need it right now! I hope all the Florida DISers & anyone visiting here right now stay safe throughout the storm.

I will not be on line for at least the next 2 days, more if we lose power or cable internet here. I will keep track in my own journal & post my total as soon as I can.
