Okay. Can anyone tell me how this thread got be 4 pages long already? Isnt it great? I love seeing so much participation here on WISH

I have been having trouble with my pc. Three times I started replying to this thread yesterday and suddenly the pc rebooted causing me to lose about 10 replies each time. Very frustrating. I fooled it though, I typed this in word and saved every reply as I typed. HA! So when it pulled that again twice this morning, I only lost like a paragraph or two, not the whole thing
elisebutt WOW! Another 4 pounds gone forever? Look at you go, cutie, you are tearing up that road to goal, arent you? And you did this eating a few cheats. You are absolutely amazing!
That 25 pound loss clippie is just so beautiful. I want one of those. Im going to get me one, too, you just proved to me that I can do it. All I have to do is walk 5 miles a day??? You are one determined WISHer, arent you?
Im so happy and proud for you, I hope you are feeling proud of yourself
Sue & Co. Awww, come on....cant you get just a teeny bit excited about losing a pound? Keep this up and you will have lost 52 pounds in the span of a year. You lost the equivalent of 4 sticks of butter, tape that to a body part and you will appreciate what you accomplished this week.

You lost one whole pound this week!!! Thats fantastic!!!
Just think-- that is one less pound you have to lose now. Youd better be feeling proud of yourself. You are doing great and Im proud of you. So is everyone else here on WISH. You are succeeding. You are on your way to goal. Savor your success, its fun to do that
becka Way to go!!!!! WOW, 3 more pounds gone forever. What a success you are, look how well you are doing. That new clippie is almost in your siggie already.
Dont you feel proud? Dont you feel strong? Isnt that just the greatest feeling? Im just so proud of you, sweetie. You are doing so well and you just wont give up. What a wonderful example you are for me. You keep this up and you will be at goal in no time at all.
Jiminy102 WOO HOO!!! Look at you go, cutie. You are just hurrying along to goal, arent you? Another 1.5 pounds gone forever and only 2 pounds away from a new clippie. Youre going to be trading up to that 20 pound clippie very, very soon, Im sure of it.
You are such a wonderfully motivating presence here on WISH. I know you help keep me motivated everday. Thank you, sweetie. I appreciate you very much.
FergieTCat You sure are calm, arent you? No WOO HOO, no YIPPEE, just said it all calmly. I would have been so excited to lose 4.5 pounds in one week that I would have been bouncing all over the place. In fact, I am bouncing all over the place just because Im so excited for you.
Im a little old to be bouncing around like this but someone had to do some bouncing. This is exciting news, my friend. You did a great job this week. Dont you feel proud? Look how determined and motivated you are and how steadily you are working your way to goal. Im sure proud of you, Donna. Im happy for you too
You reached a WW goal and you earned yourself one of those pretty gold clippies. Its just gorgeous. Way to go!
Mskanga Why, that stinkin bloat fairy

No worries, that fluid will go away in a while and you will be showing a loss, Im sure.
Just dont give up my friend. Youre doing great. Dont feel bad about that teeny gain, it isnt a true gain, it will go away. Hang in there, youre doing great!
CrzyforPiglet Thats great! Youve lost another 2.5 pounds and you are only 1 pound away from one of your goals. Not only that but that 20 pound loss clippie is practically yours already.
Look at you go! Its a great feeling isnt it? You are strong, determined and motivated and you are keeping me motivated too. Im so happy and proud for you. I sure hope you are feeling proud of yourself. Keep it up gorgeous, you are on your way to goal and you are doing great!
Kelsie Im all tuckered out from all that bouncing I did for Donna, but Ive got to tell you--you should be celebrating the fact that you maintained your weight this past week. It is an excellent sign. You didnt gain you maintained. That is proof that when you have finished losing all you want to lose you will be able to keep it off.
You know what? I know that maintaining your weight is not as much fun as losing but its a heck of a lot more fun than gaining. Get to walking and youll get to losing more quickly, again.
Hang in there, my friend. You are doing great. You are making progress. Step up your exercise and you will be making progress more quickly, just the way you like it
FantasticDisFamily I like your attitude. I lost about 20 pounds before I took the WISH challenge and then lost nothing for the entire month of February. Then I started losing again, then I stopped again. Taking my measurements helped keep me from giving up.
You will start losing again, just stick with your plan and dont give up. Maintaining your weight is a good thing, especially when you compare it to gaining
Tink33 What a great example you are for me, Lesley. You are being careful not to regain all of the weight you lost. Sounds like you found a wonderful buffet, too bad there isnt one of those in Michigan.
There is nothing better than knowing that you have motivated someone to become more healthy. You have helped keep all of us here on WISH motivated and now you know you have helped others too. Im really proud of you, sweetie
TidoublegaER Losing .8 pounds is a significant loss. If you lost .8 pounds each week for one year you would lose 41.6 pounds. Thats a significant loss.
You are doing great. Dont obsess with the timeline. Be proud that you are motivated, determined and successful. You are successful, too, never doubt that for a minute. You are making progress. Im proud of you.
airhead WOO HOO, airhead!!! Another two pounds gone forever. Youve lost almost 30 pounds what a great feeling that must be.
I love your enthusiasm and sense of humor. You help keep me smiling and thats so important when you are trying to lose weight. I appreciate that very much.
Im proud of you, you are doing so well. Be proud of yourself.
maryliz Way to go!!! Another pound gone forever. What a wonderfully positive attitude you have, maryliz, what a great example you are for me.
You know what? I have a confession. I have no idea what reaching onederland means. I know...I keep congratulating people for reaching onederland and I dont even know what it is. Heck, people are always happy about it, I figured it was a good thing

So...MaryLiz...will you tell me what it means?
geetey Another 2.5 pounds gone forever and you earned a new clippie. Its just gorgeous, so shiny and new
You are such an inspiration to us all, you are just steadily working toward goal and you are a great success. Im proud of you...so I hope that you are feeling proud of yourself.
SandraC Good job, my sweet Canadian friend. You are determined and you are making progress! Only one pound away from that 5 pound loss clippie. Its practically in your siggie already.
I know you experienced some frustration a few months ago. Im just so proud of you for taking control, staying motivated and doing so well. Be proud of yourself, you are a success.
Kimnicki Look at you go! 7 pounds gone forever in just one week. Thats success! Thats progress! Thats impressive

Its a great feeling, isnt it?
Where is your new clippie? Didnt you have this weigh in after you took the challenge? If you did, then youve earned a new clippie. Let me know if you need help adding it to your signature.
Im so happy and proud for you. Your determination is showing and you are helping me stay motivated.
lynr Welcome back, we missed you. If you think about it, I imagine you know that the weight you gained isnt a true gain. I think its probably just fluid retention (no one is safe from the bloat fairy). You will lose those 3 pounds and more very soon.
You are back home and back on WISH and you are going to be fine, honest. You will lose this weight in no time at all. I promise. You are going to do great.
susan514 Maintaining your weight is a good thing. Its not as much fun as losing but a heck of a lot more fun than gaining. Plus, you are proving to yourself that you will be able to keep the weight off when you have finished losing.
Now, give us a smile...you have a lovely smile

Youre doing just fine. I went the entire month of February without losing anything, even though I never veered off plan. I know how frustrating it can be. The whoosh fairy will be visiting one of these days and you will lose several pounds overnight it just seems to be one of those Atkins phenomenons.
Have you measured yourself? I find that when Im not losing pounds, that I am losing inches. Another Atkins phenomenon. Measure yourself if you havent done so already. Honest, it helps a lot to know you are growing smaller even if you arent getting lighter
Debbie Another 1.5 pounds gone forever and you are sneaking up on that 35 pound loss clippie. You are just such a success at this weight loss stuff. Im really proud of you.
You are a ray of sunshine here on WISH. You are always quick to welcome our newcomers and to help the newbies feel at home. I love your kindness, it shines through in your words.
Good job this week, sweetie. You are on your way to goal.
tiggerlover I think its great that you are breaking that habit of sneak weighing. Its a good lesson to learn

What a great feeling it is to see another 2 pounds gone forever. But being so close to one of your goals and only one pound away from that 25 pound clippie has to be a marvelously positive experience.
You are a good example for me. Im really glad you are part of my support group, you help me stay focused everyday.
Im very happy and proud for you. Be proud of yourself.
Dizzy-Disney4 Sometimes I think I should do that, too. Only weigh myself once a month. It sure would cut down on the frustration of not losing when you have worked so hard and been so good.
Remember that maintaining your weight is so much better than gaining and it is a positive sign that you are internalizing these changes you are making in your eating habits. Now you know that you will be able to keep this weight off when you have lost all you want to lose.
Im so proud of you for looking for and finding a solution to this particular challenge you are facing. What a great example you are for me.
KathiWithAnI Thats a terrific loss for one week. Three pounds are gone forever, what a great feeling.
You are getting closer to trading up your clipart, too. Im so proud of you, I really am, so I hope you are proud of yourself. I dont think youre meaner than Mean Laureen, I think you both are just a couple of loveable kitty cats (YIKES, the word filter replaced my first choice of words with asterisks). Good job this week. Keep it up and you will be at goal in no time at all.
PadisMOM How clever you are to find a way to solve a challenge. Im proud of you. Maintaining your weight is excellent. You are correct, if you have been counting calories and/or eating low fat you could lose more slowly on Atkins.
Im anxious to see how you like Atkins and I hope you see even more success following that plan. Keep me posted?
ohMom Congratulations on losing another .5 pounds. What a wonderful attitude you have, Molly. So determined, so motivated. I think its great.
We will help you stick to your guns, sweetie. Thats what we are here forhelping
Hang in there, you are on your way to goal.
lmhall2000 Very good! Seeing that you are getting smaller is even better than seeing that you are getting lighter. Afterall, thats what we are aiming for, right? Who cares what the scale says if you can wear a size 8?
Im really proud of you. You maintained your weight and lost 2.75 inches. Thats success thats wonderful progress. Be proud of yourself, Im proud of you. Im really glad that you are here with me on WISH, Tara. You help keep me motivated.
FOJMO You were away from home and still lost .8 pounds? Thats awesome! Dont you think that those .8 pounds are fluid retention? Ill bet they are, you will be losing that fluid soon and the scale will be moving downward again.
Hang in there. Im proud of your determination and Im proud of you so I hope you are proud of yourself.
December99 You must not have had nearly as bad a week as you thought, if you maintained your weight. You must be subconsciously controlling your portions. What an accomplishment! I hope you are feeling proud of yourself for doing that, Im certainly proud of you.
Ill bet you show a loss next week, sweetie. Hang in there!
nicolep91 Look at you! Youve reached one of your mini goals and you are only 10 pounds away from your final goal. Your determination and motivation are really paying off.
What a wonderfully positive feeling it must be to know that you set a goal and are reaching it. You have done so well with this. Im really proud of you. You certainly help keep me motivated.
aurora19 WOO HOO!!! Another pound gone forever and you have a shiny new clippie. You are good at this weight loss stuff.
Have a great time in California, I imagine you have left by now. Stay safe and have as much fun as possible.
Hannosmom I sure hope that Tiramisu was delicious enough to make it worth getting knocked out of ketosis

Just jump right back into induction and start over, you will be back in ketosis in a few days.
I think its great that you lost ½ pound, even though you ate off plan foods. You must have controlled your portions very well. You still made progress, isnt that wonderful? You are on your way to goal, you are in control and you are succeeding. Good job!
Zoo Keeper Good job! Another 1.5 pounds gone forever. Losing 8.5 pounds in two weeks is quite an accomplishment. You are going to be trading up to that 10 pound loss clippie any minute now, I just know it.
You are doing great. Now that you have added exercise you are going to move even more quickly along the road to goal. You are such a success and Im very proud of you. Be sure and feel proud of yourself.
anniet YIKES!! Those angry smilies are scary looking. Dont be so upset, gaining .8 pounds is not the end of the world. In fact, Im going to guess that weight isnt even a true gain. Ill bet you are retaining fluid because you ate off plan foods. It will be gone soon. Ill bet you 50 cents that it is gone by next weigh in and along with the fluid you will also lose at least a pound, probably two pounds.
Stop being angry with yourself for not being faithful to your eating plan. That happened in the past and you know what the bylaws say about that, we dont worry about historywe only concern ourselves with right now. Right now you are in control and you are making wise food choices. We cant change the past, why waste your energy feeling guilty or angry? Useless emotions, both of them.
Okay, sweet Annie, take a deep cleansing breath and blow it out. Now go look in a mirror...are you looking in a mirror? Good, now repeat after me, I am beautiful inside and out. I am in control and determined to stay in control. I will succeed in reaching my goal because I am a WISHer and thats what we do, we succeed!
You are going to succeed you know, I have no doubts about that, your friends here on WISH are going to help you.
kamgen You hope to have a good week? Dont you mean that you intend to have a good week? I thought so
Sometimes you remind me of myself, so much, Kamy. If I lose 1 pound I wish it had been 2, if I lose 2 pounds I wish it had been 3, I dont know why Im so impatient with myself.
You are making progress and you are succeeding. You are on your way to goal and you have a whole week to make more progress before your next trip. Sounds to me like you are doing great. I hope thinking about how successful you have been here on WISH makes you smile and realize how determined and motivated you are about this. It makes me smile to watch your progress and it makes me proud of you too. Be proud of yourself.
Kabuli1 I think losing 1.5 pounds in one week is progress, my friend. Much better than gaining 1.5 pounds dont you think? Youve lost 7 pounds all together, that is excellent progress. That is success! You may be a pound or two shy of your mini goal of losing 10 pounds for your sons graduation but you will be significantly smaller on that special day.
I am very proud of you. Dont let a timeline get you discouraged. We are all learning new healthy eating habits and if we are lucky we will all have a very long time to eat this new way. Just keep on keeping on and dont give up. You can do this, I know you can. Now, put a smile on that pretty face of yours and be proud of yourself! You are doing great!
glo See what happens when you sneak weigh? Its can get pretty discouraging and frustrating. You know as well as I do that our bodies have fluid fluctuations. So, you gained 1.5 pounds of fluid, you know you have stayed on plan and not deviated. You know you have been working out like a maniac, surely you know that the +1.5 pounds you saw on your scale doesnt represent a true gain. I mean, think about it.
And now, you are unhappy because you dont like the locations where you are losing inches. Geez, sweetie, lighten up. You are a wonderful success, you have made such inspirational progress along the road to goal. You keep every single one of us inspired to exercise more, motivated to stay strictly on plan and confident that we can accomplish our goals.
You need to forget about that scale for a while and just savor your terrific success. Trust me, when you get off the plane at MCO they will not announce, glo is here, her bust measurement is smaller than last trip and she thought she weighed 129 but she really weighs 130.5. Please direct your attention to that really cute, short female person with the sad eyes, cant you tell the difference? Please use the white courtesy phone to tell the operator how terrible that extra 1.5 pounds looks on her.
Okay, now, give us a smile...come on...give us a smile. Glo, you can do better than that...okay, thats much better. Stop worrying about some timeline and enjoy your success. You are doing so well, try to be proud of yourself. Everyone one of us is proud of you.
TCKK Are you picking on me again? Is that a sad smilie I see there in your post? Why? Why are you sad? I just need you to explain it to me. I know that maintaining your weight isnt as much fun as losing but it is a heck of a lot more fun than gaining . Not only that but it is a sign of success. If you veered off plan you must have made wise food choices and controlled your portions without even thinking about it because you didnt gain anything.
That tells me that you are making progress. That tells me that you are a success. Now, stand up straight and be proud, you are doing great. And 86 those sad smilies, save them for something that isnt as positive as maintaining your weight.
Okay, put a smile on that sweet face of yours and be proud of yourself, everyone here on WISH is proud of you, especially me.
I dont weigh in until tomorrow. My rings are very tight on my fingers today and you know what that means. The bloat fairy really, really loves me

Oh joy
Congratulations to all of you who lost even one ounce this week, be proud of your success. If you showed a gain, dont beat yourself up about it and dont give up, you will lose that weight, it is just going to take you a week or two longer than you hoped. If you maintained your weight this week remember that is a sign of success and proof that when you finish losing all the weight you want to lose you will be able to keep from gaining it back again. I think thats a pretty good sign of success
