<b>jimmytammy</b> WOW! Losing 3.5 pounds is wonderful progress. You are only 6 pounds from goal? What a great success you are and a terrific inspiration, too. It may take a little while to lose those last few pounds but I don't doubt for a minute that you will do it. You are practically at goal! Isn't that exciting?

I'm so proud of you. You will be sporting that pretty red "goal" clipart, soon. Another WISH success story. Be proud of <i>yourself</i> you are doing great!

Thanks, I am actually down from my original WW goal of 140. I am at 134 now. I don't really have a set weight goal anymore, it's more of a body feeling thing that I'm working towards. I am starting to work on toning more and I'll be cutting back a little on my treadmill time. So I'm not sure when I sould really claim my goal clippie. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I'm checking in really late this week! Sorry!

Well, I finished Phase 1 of the South Beach diet and I lost another 2 lbs. making my total loss 5 lbs for the 2 weeks. I'm very excited about that! In fact, I even changed my goal weight from 129 to 125 because I'm feeling very optimistic. I know my weight will come off slower now that I'm in phase 2 but I think as long as I stick to the diet and increase my activity level, I should see good results.
