

Woo Hoo!! I love losing because it gives me incentive to stick to the diet and keep exercising! I'm just starting, so I still have lots to go, but I'm very motivated as my best friend is getting married next january and I'm in the wedding...I definitely want to lose the weight before then!

. I was hoping for a bigger loss my 1st week, but can't really complain. I had some great meals & wasn't hungry very often. Hoping for another loss this week!



Of course they always say "best way to get pregnant is to lose a lot of weight!"
Don't tell me that OhioMinnie!! That might encourage a french fry frenzy!!
