I am checking in a day late with a .5 pound loss for the week. I am trying to eat most/all of my Flex Points. I may need to adjust things and not eat *all* of them but downward is the way I am going and intend to keep going!!

I did go off plan on 1 day so I guess this was the result. Oh well I am trying to be better this week.

i usually cheat on the weekends some. My positive thought response is that if I continue OP and exercising, it WILL work (it has before) and I will see a loss soon -- hopefully next week!
