WISH Check-in Thread Week of January 11, 2004

I am checking in a day late with a .5 pound loss for the week. I am trying to eat most/all of my Flex Points. I may need to adjust things and not eat *all* of them but downward is the way I am going and intend to keep going!! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

I can't wait to get the release to exercise again! :hyper:
 
Well I am up .5 this week. :( I did go off plan on 1 day so I guess this was the result. Oh well I am trying to be better this week.
 
As I said I want to lose aleast 60 pounds. I walked every day for at least one mile, sometimes more. I ate rabbit food or diet lean cuisene, and lno fat dairy.
I'm excited....lost 9 pounds!
I know it is mostly water weight, but I'm so excited. My bras and panties don't cut into me. I have to be determined and walk every day and watch what I eat.
Thanks to this Wish Board for helping. Your fellowship and stories make me want to do it too!

This is my first official check in as I just started 1-5. Last week I dutifully upped my "cheat-free" counter everyday...that is until we took the grandkids up north to a resort for the weekend. Room was stocked with cookies...chips...well you know the story. Sunday the counter went back to 0 and we start all over again. Luckily even with the weekend, 5 lbs gone!!!! :bounce: and I'm back on track again.
Mowsiedreamer...I'm soooo impressed you went 100 days cheat-free. I was wondering if anyone has really ever done it!!! WTG !!

Was supposed to start an aerobic class...but have an EKG scheduled for tomorrow. I thought it best to wait and if all is OK...I'll start on Thursday.

Congratulations to all who've posted here, you're all doing so well. Even if you have gained a little you still came and posted your gain, way to go!! :hyper:

I have lost 1lb this week. I'm OK with that as it's TOM, and the BF is here :( Hopefully I will have a big whoosh next week.

Good luck for the coming week. We can do this. Onward and downward together :grouphug:
 
Bad check-in for me. I've been on an eating binge, and today's weigh-in shows that. I am up 7 pounds over last week. The good news is I have registered for the 1/2 marathon--I am going to do it, and I;m going to get back to exercising!! Good luck to all.
 
i'm maintaining this week - i was a little bummed b/c I stayed OP all weekend and this is HUGE for me ;) i usually cheat on the weekends some. My positive thought response is that if I continue OP and exercising, it WILL work (it has before) and I will see a loss soon -- hopefully next week!

Congrats to all the losers this week - hang in there maintainers -- we're going down!
 
yipeee.... first check-in I'm down 6 lbs since the 3rd
 
Ok, so I only weighed in on Monday and it's now Wed. I need to get better at posting my losses or gains. I used to be so excited to post.

I lost 1.2 this week. This leaves less than 2 pounds to get back where I was. I just want to get below 140. My vacation and Holiday really set me back, but I am back with a 2 week loss (last week was 3 pounds!).

Well, I can FINALLY checkin with a loss. I am officially down 3 lbs! Yeah!:smooth:

I have been maintaining through the holidays, which was perfectly fine with me. Then that darn, pesky BF was visiting the end of last week. I was beginning to despair I'd never see the scale move! But finally yesterday morning it went down! And this AM (being my official weigh in day) I confirmed the loss. My scale is kind of on the fritz. The loss might be 4 lb, but I'm officially logging 3 lbs down.

Congrats to all the losers out there. I'm thrilled to finally join you. Maybe I can get a clippie with a number on it by next week!:jumping2: :jumping2:
If you're not one of the losers, then take hope from me. The scale finally DID catch up with me and go down! PD to you for a loss next week.:wizard:
 
I'm down 5.2 pounds since starting my New Years diet last week. Hope I can keep it up.
 
Weighed in this morning at 1.5 pounds lighter than last week, total loss, 4 pounds. Still can't grab the clippie. Oh well, next week I should do it! I have stayed on plan and on exercise all week (I will grab the 2 week exercise clippie!). Tonight is scheduled exercise, but DS has math and science night. I brought my stuff in to work in hopes I can run to the gym at lunch. Hopefully I'll be able to do that.

Woo-hoo! I'm down a pound this week! I still have two more pounds until I reach my goal... It's true what they say about the last few pounds, they really are hard to get rid of. Now that we're done with the holidays, I'm hoping that the last little bit of weight will be easier to get rid of. :)

I am late posting on the check-in thread so my loss is a 10 day loss since my last official posting. I have lost 4.4 pounds in 10 days and I am now under what I was trying to maintain for the new year.:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:
 
I finished my first week on South Beach and I lost 5 lbs!!
Wow, this isn't as bad as I thought, and I feel pretty good.

Not a great week, I was up 1.2lbs at WW weigh in, but I guess that isn't awful, just not on the downward side. I am PMSing this week, so I'm sure that accounts for part of it, and we had company over the weekend, and I ate more than my fair share of pizza and salty snacks.

Oh well - on to a new week - scale looks to have come down now, so hopefully will continue on.
 
Good week for me, averaged 20 carbs a day and exercised. Two weeks back on induction has helped overcome the holiday ups and downs (that overall was a maintain....but it was time to get going again). I started using fitday.com to track 'reality' and that helped to.

So, I'm down 2.5 this week and get my new clippie:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Now just 20 pounds to ONEderland!

this is my first check in. i started ww online last week, and my weigh in day is saturday. i lost 1 pound! i'm very pleased :) also gonna go check and see how those size 10 pants feel. (my goal is more to get into a size 6 than to get to a certain weight really)
 
Down 3 more lbs. I don't check in every week though. Sorry.

Only 2 more lbs until my next clippie! Hopefully that will be next week.
