How did everyone do????
I'm up 2 point something, but I don't recall what exactly. My soon-to-be mother-in-law bought us a treadmill and I've been doing an hour on it everyday, and have been following the losing plan to get back down to my ever-so comfy 187.

I even lost my clippie I earned last week.
I was on plan all week, drank my water, etc. Only thing I did different this week was how I broke up my calories (more in the morning and less in the evening) and staying off the scale for the whole week. The only downfall I guess to staying off the scales all week and not getting an idea of where you are, is that you have no idea what to expect. I only gained .6 lbs at Thanksgiving so I have no idea what's going on here. Can't even blame the Bloat Fairy. Oh well - will keep my fingers crossed for a better week next week.
The Bloat Fairy has been here the past couple of days so I was worried about keeping my weight down until check-in. 
. I am still up a bit from my low, but I that's okay. I've been hibernating, and it is now time to get back on track for the second half of this journey. We've got a half-marathon to get ready for, right?
