On to next week!! I'm so close to a new "decade" and hope to get there next week. 


Really want to break out of the rut of gain a few, lose a few. I need to feel motivated again and that just hasn't happened.

We went on a great hike, up and down hundreds of feet, and I never really got tired! That is such a HUGE change from just a year ago, when I would get tired walking up the slight hill to the bathroom. I love being a healthy, active person!
I may kick up my exercise a notch this week as well, just to make sure things keep moving onwards and downwards.
