Does anyone know if the wish book has been updates or will be updated soon?

I think Disney is doing away with the Wish Book it hasn't been updated in a long time.

I think Disney is getting ready to redo the Wedding site this fall.

The Wish Book has been discontinued - anyone who already had one can still access it, but you can't start a new one. However, with the incorrect pricing and lack of options, it was pretty useless. I can't wait to see what they do for the new web site this fall!
