has anyone ever used this site? The Samsung impression is free at that site and it is $ 79 at Sams with a reactivation.

I am curious about Wirefly also. I get great offers from them all the time but I don't understand their connection to verizon.

they get commissions from the cell phone carriers.

My experience...

I'm fairly good at filling out forms for promotions...this was the only time I was denied saying I had failed some hoop for a rebate. We had purchased two phones...at the time they were expensive and recieved no rebate...so paid full price for the phones.

This has been 3 phones ago...so I guess 6 years. Their rebates may have changed.

They were professional with everything else. Received phones by Fedex overnight and the plan I signed up for was exactly as indicated. Phones were perfect. Customer service was easy to reach.

Overall i would try them again...but I keep renewing with T-mobile and haven't had any incentive to go to wirefly again.

I signed up for a 4 phone family plan from Verizon through Wirefly, and I was happy with the service. The shipping was very quick, and was exactly what I ordered. The Verizon plan was exactly what I ordered, and Wirefly arranged to have Verizon port over our phone numbers to the new cells.

I got exactly what I ordered. After I got the order, I realized that two of the car chargers I ordered were not the car chargers I needed for those two phones. My mistake entirely, so I was ready to just eat the cost ($10 each) and get car chargers at a B&M store the next time I went shopping. Two weeks after Wirefly sent my order, they sent me a package with the message they noticed two of my chargers were incompatible with the phones I ordered, so here are the correct chargers, no cost. I called, explained it was my mistake, and they said no problem, no cost, enjoy the chargers, and do what I wanted with the incorrect chargers.

I've use wirefly twice. Several years ago and then again a few months ago. Great deals both times and fast and free delivery. We've activated phones with T-Mobile (hated the service) and recently switched back to Verizon (happy again.) I got a Blackberry Storm and some other phone (didn't want another smart phone) for my DH for free with a two year plan. Can't beat that! :)

We just recently purchased two phones from them, also ported our numbers from one carrier to another. We received the phones quickly, no problems with them, but the porting process was not clear at all, and we ended up having to wait for 1 1/2 weeks for the numbers to transfer from our old phone to new. The paperwork that came with the phones said don't call, just activate your phones and wait for the new phones to work. Well, after waiting 3 days, I called Wirefly, and they said if we had called right when we received the phones, we would have gotten them activated within 48 hours. Huh??? That was pretty frustrating.

But, other than that, we love the phones and we got them when expected. Good luck!
