What are some good winter wedding colors? We are an interfaith couple so Christmas colors are out.

Please post examples if you can. Thanks!:flower3:

We had a winter wedding but we did orange and royal blue! One of our good friends used wine and white and it was a very striking combination.

Ooh, those sound like fun colors! :goodvibesA little too bright for us though-we are very shy and anti-limelight. We originally just wanted a very small & subtle ceremony....until my mom stepped in and invited 30 of her "closest" friends:scared1: Wine & white sounds nice though-was the bridal bouquet in those colors as well?

The pics in your siggy are gorgeous, by the way! Did you get married in Epcot Morocco? One of your pics looks like that area.

Blue and silver?? Something like icy colors? Purples, blues and silver.

Our "Winter Wedding" colors were Navy Blue & Light Blue w/ Silver and crystal accents. The flowers were mostly deep pinks.

The knot & brides.com both have lots of color ideas. Have fun selecting! :goodvibes

She wore a white dress, the BM wore wine, and she had an entire bouquet of wine colored roses. The BM carried small white boquets I think. It was really pretty, and she used those colors at the recption. Very dramatic, classy, and wintery.

Thanks :) We were married at SBP actually and loooved it! Misty did an amzing job as our photographer!

Thanks so much everyone! I will check out that site :)
My mom was just suggesting that I do pink & silver....

I'm leaning toward a light blue/silver with pinks for flowers.

Kcampbell: I know this is a random question, but I noticed you are from Naples. How far of a drive is Naples from WDW? I'm asking because my parents live there and were complaining that WDW is going to be an inconvenient drive for their friends-she's been trying to con me into a wedding in Naples & I am standing my ground and saying no!;)

DisneyBrideToni: Who was your photographer? Yours (in your siggy) are beautiful as well!!!

Here is a website with different wedding color combos for different seasons. Winter is at the bottom.

and here is another website that talks about winter wedding colors

That sight was pretty helpful! I think I like a shade of pink/periwinkle/silver with a hint of glitter. What do you think? I'm usually not so great at matching colors so please feel free to be honest!

sometimes blue and silver can make things look a little too dallas cowboys-ish, so be careful. i think a white on white with crystal accents wedding would be gorgeous and clean and fresh. have fun planning!

Ooh, good point. Thank you for your honesty! What about if pink were thrown in there-still Dallas Cowboys?

What about wine and champagne? I am not trying to be rude but whenever I see silver at a wedding it always looks kinda high school prom to me. I think it is a hard color to pull off. Maybe go to a fabric store or somehting and play around with different materials for good winter color combinations.

OMG Dawn that is so funny. Our prom color was black and silver! :rotfl: Wine and champagne sounds very elegant!

I like that combo, pink/periwinkle/silver sounds very pretty and "icy" which sounds like a lovely winter theme:thumbsup2
