Winter Study in Apples - Flying Fish

anyone tried this dessert at Flying Fish? Thinking about getting it when I go in the fall!

No I have never tried the apple but I have had the study in strawberries 2 times in a row. Last year and this year....it was different each time and each time it was amazing. Close to one of the best desserts I have ever had! So I imagine the apple study will be spectacular as well esp. if you like apples.
