Winter Code Question

Last winter (jan - early mar) there was a code for Magic Your Way packages during this time. Does anyone remember what type of discount it was?

Also if my vacation starts during a "code" period, do I get the code for the whole trip or just the portion within the code period.

I'm still relatively new to this code business, only used it once before since most of our vacations are on packages that don't allow the use of discount codes.

Last year when I was there in the 2nd week of March there was a code that offered free park hoppers and water parks on packages.

The rate that is in effect on the day you check in is the rate for your entire stay. So if the closing date of a promotion falls in the middle of your stay, you would still get the discount for the remaining nights on your reservation.

Thank you Tricia - I knew it was free something. I'm hoping they offer something again this year.

That's great news Dan, I have a funny feeling our stay will be close to one of those promotion end dates.

I hoping for the Free Park hopping too, during my visit. I only want to park hop one day, and I am to cheap to pay for it. Otherwise I guess I won't park hop. I would also love the Water Park, but my husband would hate it.

So, when I am making reservations for December 2007 should I just book a room at the resort and do tickets later? This code stuff is so confusing to me????????? If you have a whole package reserved (tickets w/hoppers and resort) and have been paying for it and a code "arrives" or whatever does that mean I would be SOL on the "code" price?

Friends are going Sept. 30 and staying a week they are getting free dining their entire week.
