Good? Bad? Any reason to believe I'd do them when I don't do the other exercise videos that I have? (Like unbelievably good results very quickly? :teeth: )

(Like unbelievably good results very quickly? )

If you find it to be true, make sure you send me thier #. :D

BTW, whatever happened with the hotel fiasco?

I could be wrong but I thought with Pilates you had to have all the fancy equipment to do it... :(

I really like what it does for the body though. We don't seem to have any studios around here... :(

There is mat work pilates too, which I've done with a couple of tapes, though not the ones metioned. Yoga and Pilates does work very fast/well for me. You'd think I'd do it more LOL

I ordered them.. they just came yesterday.. I do mat pilates at the gym I belong to and thought I would incorporate it at home as well.. I will let you know what I think...

I just got those tapes! Have only tried the Basic one twice. I really need to get motivated. I did feel "results" the day after I worked out (both times) and felt very pleased that something had obviously happened! ;)

I plan to move to the next tape in the series some time next week. I'll let you know how it goes!

My plan is to eat healthy, drink less beer (oh no!) continue to walk every day, do the pilates and perhaps lift weights. If only I can stick to that plan! ;)

I'm not a big fan of sit-ups or crunches, but the floorwork in the first video was great! Didn't feel like boring old crunches and I could really feel my stomach muscles the next day (not feel them with the palm of my hand, there is too much padding on my tummy right now), but there was a slight "burn" (not unpleasant) when I would stretch or twist the next day.

The hotel never contacted me after my complaint. I'm not surprised. The coach is working on getting us some of our money back...it's at $50 refund/room, last I heard. Another family from another team got $100. Ggggrrr

So...pilates! Thanks...sounds good! But I'll wait to hear what you guys think of it after you do it more! :)
