Winnie the Pooh able to meet in the park?

Does anyone know if Pooh is one of the characters that you can meet in the park? DD loves him and we would love to get to see him. TIA!

Yes, Pooh and Friends do a character meal at the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom. You can also catch them near City Hall in MK, the toy store in the UK in Epcot, and in Animal Kingdom on the way to Dinoland.

Last September Winnie the Pooh, Tigger and Eeyore were in the toy shop in the UK in Epcot. I would be he is still there. Plus when we went there was no line so they spent a ton of time with my DD. Have a fabulous vacation!

The AK Pooh Meet and Greet (as said, just before Dinoland) is nice because you get to meet Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet and Tigger in one swoop. The lines usually are manageable and the queue is all in the woods. Shade, glorious shade!

We just met Pooh and Piglet at Hollywood Studios. They were right where the Cars are near the exit of Muppets #D.

We just did Magic Kingdom on Thursday and Pooh & Tigger where doing a meet & greet on the left hand side of the enterance after you walk under the Main Street train station. We almost missed them because they were tucked back into a little sitting area & my husband just happened to look over that way as we walked by.

Even though I have been to Disney 3 times as an adult now, i need to ask this question: Do they post where the characters are going to be? Or is just you have to figure it out on your own?

Character meet and greets are on the maps. The maps don't say what characters are at what location though. I believe the times guide has the location and times the characters are out.

We saw Pooh and Tigger next to City Hall right at the entrance to MK many times all week long, just got back home yesterday.

For those of you with iphones and blackberries - I think the Disney Parks download indicates what characters will be where? Correct me if I'm wrong. I hope so - we're heading there in Nov. and I was planning on downloading the app. That was one of the features I think I read about (plus wait times at the rides).

Anyone know if this is the case?

We are not going until Oct and I have my fingers crossed that they will still be there. I had to wait until my honeymoon to go to disney and Pooh & Tigger are my favorites! (My 30th Bday party was Pooh themed and if you didn't dress up, you had to wear Eeyore ears) I was so excited to meet them in person, and so in awe of MK from the second I walked throught the gates. I stood there with a huge smile on my face looking around and there they were, just waiting for me too! It truely is the most magical place on earth!!!
