Wine Pairing?

This is hubby2b's only request... So far the only restaurant I've found on Deb's site to do this is Citirco's but he isn't too keen on the menu. Any others you know of?

There are Food and Wine Pairings at
Coral Reef Restaurant Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays,
LeCellier - Wed, Thurs, Fridays, and
Marrakash - Mondays

Yes- those are for teh F & W fest only. Try Vic & Als- they have a wine pairing also.

Be adventurous, select your own glass wine for each course. I personally like Citrico's and will often add their pairings to meal. Honestly sometimes pairings don't always work out, someone has to choose the selections and their choice may not equal your tastes.

Are you looking for restaurants that do great pairings with the meal you are eating....

If so, Jiko at AKL is great for this, also Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge does an oustanding job with this. Either would be great choices...or do what we do and do both.
