Yes. Although I find the Wine Cellar closed more than open.

Yes, and the female CM who works behind the bar at the Wine Cellar (I should really know her name!) is incredibly nice and so good with the kids. You can order kids meals from upstairs and bring them down for the kids to eat at the WC. We love that cozy little place after a long day of walking.

3TinksAndAnEeyore is right. I have had one of the most amazing shrimp appetizers at the WC. Thanks for reminding me. I will have to visit again on my next trip just for the appetizer.
