Wine Bar George closing????

Just heard on someone's vlog that there is a rumor that Wine Bar George is going to shut down. Anyone have more information about this. It is one our favorites and I would realy hate to see it go.

Not sure what vlog you saw it on - but it sounds very hard to believe - it gets rave reviews, seems to have a consistent crowd, and even opened a second location. Not saying it's untrue, just that I haven't seen or heard a whisper about this anywhere - so could just be a vlogger looking for clicks. A quick Google search around found nothing about it on any other Dis sites or bloggers. Would be sad if true.

It was a brief mention in a YouTube video and clearly stated it was a rumor. I won't mention the name of the channel as I'm not sure that's allowed.

They just introduced a number of new items for their brunch menu. Hard to believe that they would then almost immediately plan to close down. It's very popular.

You're allowed to share vlogger names on here. I would love to know who claimed this as depending on who it is, the rumor could easily be discredited.

Gosh, I hope not. One of my favorites too. Was the vlogger more specific? WBG is participating in the Florida Fresh "festival" going on in Disney Springs this summer with a special pairing lunches on July 12th and August 2nd.

I was surprised when she said that, too. She did say it was just the rumor mill so who knows.
Personally, I'm not a big fan and I don't know how busy they've been lately but the YouTubers we watch all seem to give them a lot of love.

I was able yesterday to make a reservation for Dec. Hope not, the flank steak is awesome.

We didn't care for WBG at all when we went there. The food was so flavorless. I wouldn't cry a river if it closed.
