Had a pretty good running week, did 5 miles outside Sunday, 3 miles outside Monday, 7 miles Wednesday on treadmill and a 10k tonight on the treadmill. Averaging about a 10mm on treadmill and a 10:30 mile outside. Am really hoping to train enough to do under an hour on my 10k in May but will be ok with anything under an hour and 5 minutes.
And the really good news is my DH has finally started training again!

(I have been getting one a year where it feels like a toothache because I'm all swollen). But, at least I know why I've felt so horrible since I returned from PHM! GL with your race!
