I'm super paranoid too and I can't get at my registration to confirm what I entered! I opened up a ticket with Active.com but I'm guessing it will be a little while before they get back to me.I'm paranoid about that part of it. I went through so quickly that I hope I checked all the right boxes. Just as an example, on my confirmation form, it says I selected that I'll be participating individually in a general division (or something like that). Was that the right one to click? Lol

I would buy it now, just to be safe. It WILL sell out, and unlike race registrations, you CAN give it to someone else--so just in case plans fall through and your husband isn't able to go, you can give it to another friend to go with you, or you shouldn't have a problem finding a buyer. The party ticket is just one of those hard plastic cards (like a gift card) and doesn't have a name on it or anything.Any predictions on how fast the after party will sell out? My husband will need a ticket!

On the computer... it sounded like runDisney may have had a virtual queue for people who went to the Register link from the runDisney site rather than directly to Active.com. Sort of like a lot of concert or sporting ticket sites have. However, I keep reading about people waiting in queue. Are they talking about on a phone or on the computer?
We should definitely try and plan some before people can start making ADR's, and FP selections and whatnot. Gotta plan around them lol. Right now all I know that we are doing is eating and drinking around Epcot on Sunday, lol. Everything else so far is a free-for-all since I am clueless with planning a WDW trip.
I went directly from the Run Disney site and got in right away. Like Nicole, I got on the computer several minutes before noon and just kept refreshing until it told me registration was open. No problems registering at allOn the computer... it sounded like runDisney may have had a virtual queue for people who went to the Register link from the runDisney site rather than directly to Active.com. We're sleeping in and doing MVMCP on Sunday post-race, but I know we'll be at F&W on Friday night and I'll be in the parks every day from Nov. 2-10.
