Today last 11 miles training run here in Italy... wednesday flight to Orlando finally
Didn't received my gift card but i think it's not sent outside U.S.... I will ask at the expo.

There's someone attending the welcome reception? I can't find any information if there will be any kind on trasportation from Resort to WWOS...

Just finished my last long run before Wine & Dine; it was fairly slow and not too pretty but now I feel like I'm completely ready and can definitely finish 13.1! Now I'm going to go take a nap

I think the unmailed cards are distributed at the little kiosk between the two main expo buildings.
It's my understanding no cards are sent outside US.

There used to be limited bus transportation there outside of events, but it seems like maybe that is no longer the case.

It was pouring here this morning and I couldn't bring myself to deal with that so I had to do my last long run on the treadmill...blah!
But good news LAST. LONG.RUN.BEFORE.DISNEY!!!

No gift card here in California yet - expecting next week and still have 10 days before heading to Orlando. Did last long run yesterday (11.1 miles) a little slower than expected pace due to heat (1:48:52) - now in maintanence mode doing 10k every other day until W&D 5k and half. Will then start longer runs for Dopey prep. Excited for W&D as it is my first nighttime half!

I found on WWOS site that there should be a bus transportation from selected resorts (POP - All Star Sports and Caribbean) on limited scheduled: Thursday - Monday 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. I will ask at check in.

Oh yea I know Folsom cuz I drive thru every time I go to Lake Tahoe. Beautiful country up there. My race this morning was challenging with rolling hills and 500 plus elevation climb, but I finished and I'm ready for W&D and thanks so much for asking. Have fun!

No card yesterday and am in Western MA between Springfield and Lee.

Was supposed to do one last 13 miler today but mentally was not feeling it. Let's see if I get out there tomorrow and do it. If not, I will progress to taper run training.

It's getting real people!! 1.5 weeks before I fly out. This time 14 days from now will be packing to fly home with some nice shiny bling

How long is the line going to be for those that have to get the gift card at the expo? I doubt that they are planning on the number that have not gotten their cards.

So I presume those of us outside the US just go to runner relations for the gift card? (or the specific gift card line is there is one...).

Also, I too asked re: Welcome Reception transport and it was a firm "make your own way".

My best reading of the instructions leads me to believe cards are retrieved at the kiosk between the Jostins and HP buildings. The Welcome Center is point C on the map(page 8 digital, 12 printed) in the official Guide.

RunDisney tends to get something wrong every year. Don't let this get to you unless you thrive on chaos...

The cynic in me thinks that this was a plan to reduce card redemption. So if I don't get what I was promised in the registration material I will call runDisney, email...wait for hours. Underestimate the tenacity of marathoners, you do?

Universal was going to charge me $1.50 for another K-Cup, in my room at Portifino, for the coffee machine. I walked to Starbucks in City Center and bought a box of K-Cups. Sometimes it's the little things. Sweat the details then you don't need to worry about the big picture.
