Windwood Bay driving to parks?

We are planning our trip for next February and have been looking into rental homes. We stayed at Regal Palms on our last trip and really enjoyed it. We actually liked being a little further out by staying in Davenport. This time there are 10 of us and I have researched homes in the Davenport area and I have been given a few quotes. One home is in Windwood Bay. It is a lovely house with lots of space and extras. I have seen its location on the villa map. I'm concerned because I have always stayed closer to 192. I wonder how we would get to the parks from this location. It looks like maybe we jump on I4? Is this easy to do? Is there are ton of traffic on this road? Is there a better way to get to the parks from here? We are only doing the parks 2 days so it isn't a huge deal, but I'm feeling out of my comfort zone by considering staying away from 192. Thanks for any information you can give.
