Windsor Palms Villa

Staying at a Windsor Palms villa for 7 nights followed by 3 nights at poly for Thanksgiving. Just wondering if anyone has stayed at this resort of vacation homes? What restaurants are close, how far from Disney parks,etc? Thank you!!

It's about 10-20 mintues away from Disney depending on the traffic. I just stayed in a condo there in March. Off the top of my head I can think of Red Lobster, a chinese restaurant and Mcdonalds that are close by. There is a LOT of restaurants though so I am sure you will be able to find something.

We stayed in Windsor Palms in Feb 2004. We had a 4br pool house and it was beautiful and clean. I can't remember exactly what restaurants were close by but there are many on the 192 .It was a short drive to the WDW main gate. There were several supermarkets close by as well. Enjoy your trip

Lots of people here have stayed at WP and loved it. We stayed in a 4-bedrm house and had a great trip. We made it to Disney, using Sherbeth Rd, in no time.

At the end of the street from WP is an Outback, Giordannos (pizza, italian food) TGI Fridays and there are tons of restaurants all around it on 192. You should be able to find almost any type of food you want near there.
