The closest thing to a "main" website for Windsor Hills is:

They do not share amenities in any way. Both were built by the same builder, Pulte Homes, and consist of condos, townhomes with splash pools, and pool homes. Windsor Hills is slightly newer, built in 2005. They're both in the same general area, both are very close to Disney!
(I can't speak for Windsor Palms as we're homeowners in Windsor Hills so I stick to what I know!)
