I have made reservations several times with the owner Andrea. Unfortunately, I have had to cancel each time due to illness or other family matters. In all instances I had already paid the initial deposit. Each time she quickly issued me a refund check.
Andrea is a very honest and attentive owner she is quick to respond to inquiries and after making each payment will mail you hard copies of a receipt within a day or two. She also sent a personal note to say she was sorry we had to cancel and hoped that things got better for us. I made many changes to our reservations along the way with dates changing or number of days and always had kind and quick responses from Andrea. Her rates are reasonable and she is a pleasure to work with.
When we are finally able to make our trip I will definitely contact her again.
