BEWARE, BEWARE The home at 2610 Bowring Street in Windsor Hills Upper Resort has major problems with the "Beds" in the home. The furnishings in the home are nice, The beds are not. The beds would compare to sleeping on a gravel road. My family of seven didnot sleep or rest the seven days in this home. We called the company taking care of this home the first day to exchange the beds, They brought us one egg grate foam to cover one bed. No help whatsoever. GLOBAL RESORT HOMES TAKES CARE OF THIS HOME AND MANY MORE. Amenities, location,photos and price are given, never a word on the "BEDDING" which to me is the most important part of the home. We could feel the coils in our beds when we stayed there.

They really need to upgrade to better mattresses. My husband ended up sleeping on the filthy couch with a sheet over it when we were there.

I think you have to remember that each home is individually owned. There are bound to be good ones and bad ones. Global Resort Homes is the management company not the owners. There's only so much that they can do. I know for a fact that they ask owners to replace things that are old, but I'm sure they couldn't buy new beds! I feel bad that you had a bad experience, and maybe you should ask them to refund you part of your money, but I wouldn't over-generalize by saying that all of Windsor Hills or all of Global Resort's Homes are bad.

Sorry you had a bad time. I think its hard for the management companies as they are not in control of everything. We try to ensure the photos shown are new when we look but I supose you can't tell if a bed is comfortable from photos
