Has anyone rented a townhouse or condo through this company? The units appear to be new and the price almost too good to be true. Just wondered if anyone had any experience with these properties. I thought maybe they are back by the water treatment area is why they're such a good deal!

Have not booked (schedule conflict) but read several favorable reviews here on the boards (just search by unit name/number like here). They own several, keeps costs down; plus they only do weekly, Saturday check-in (so very few unrented days). FWIW.

I'm renting from them in August. If you do a search you will find that others did rent from him in the past.

As for location, the unit I'm renting 204- NOT 204B- is pretty close to the pool and on Almaton Loop. It look to be in the same general area as the pool.
