Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms websites?

Hi, are there websites for only for Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms owners to use to advertise their rentals? I am worried about getting scammed and not having a place to stay once we get there, and I want to make sure they are really owners! If not, where do you find rentals that are legit?

There's http://windsorhillsrent.com/ and http://www.windsor-palms-florida.net/

But I usually use vrbo.com or homeaway.com for the Kissimmee area then pick Windsor Hills or Palms.
When you know the owner's name you can check county property records for ownership and the court records for foreclosure etc.
Homeaway is the main website for vrbo and a number of other listing sites and they have a fraud guarantee that you can buy if you're worried.

We've used the Windsor Palms site listed above every time. Used it to book our stay next month actually. I like it better than VRBO when we know that's where we want to stay as it is simpler to navigate and it sorts them nicely by type of accommodation.
