Will this work? Fireworks, Spectro & WL ?

Hi,
Spectro is only on 1 night of our stay. I'd like to see it & the fireworks. But, do not want to fight the crowds back to WL.

I was thinking, we could watch Spectro, then head over to the boat launch. Could we see the fireworks from the boat launch? I realize we might miss some, but if we could see at least 75%, I'd be happy.

Then we could hop on the boat before the crowds decend.

Anyone who stayed at WL try this?

you should be able to see some of the fireworks. what is really great is to be out on the lake on the way back to WL and see the fireworks there!! woohoo!!

We were just at WL last week and Saturday night was the only night they had SpectroMagic. (We were at MK on Wed. evening for the fireworks.) Since we'd seen the fireworks Wed., we left right after the parade. There was quite a crowd forming and we were at the front of the pack waiting for the next boat when the fireworks first started. The covered dock blocked our view, but we did get to see the end of them once we boarded the FRONT of the boat. I know many behind us were disappointed they never saw them. Personally, I'd wait and watch them just before the exit (on the Main St.side of the train depot) and then get to the boat dock to ensure you don't have an obstructed view. Timing is everything! Lots of luck and have a great time!
