Will this Travel Trailor fit in FW?

My Husband and I are looking at a Keystone Hornet 31RLDS with slides on both sides in the rear. Would this TT be too wide or would it fit into the sites at FW?

I'm sure it will fit a site in FW. Make sure that when you make your reservations that they not how long your trailer is and how many slides it has as well as your awning. Some times you might get there and your trailer may not fit like it should on the site. Just go to the comfort station and call the front desk. They will get you into another site if they can. They will try to accomadate you the best they can!

I have awnings all around on the bus and it fits fine on the sites in the 700 loop.

You should be fine it just depends on which site you get if you don't fit just go back and tell them!! I stayed in loop 300 last year in a brand new 32ft 321 bht sandpiper travel trailer with 3 slides (1 on eache side in the back and 1 in the front on the right side). The trip to the fort was our first ever camping trip with a travel trailer.. I myself was scared when I saw it hooked up to our truck cause it looks like a monster but now im so happy we got it! Thank goodness DH sometimes drives ladder trucks at work so he already knew how to drive with something that big!! LOL

That Hornet is a very nice trailer. We bought a Hornet back in November and it came down to the one you are looking at and a Hornet 27FLDS. We ended up with the 27FLDS but those two slides in the living room make a huge area to entertain. We haven't used our new trailer yet but we break it in on March 21 when we head to the Fort for a week.

Disbuf - yeah, the two slides in the rear is the one thing that my DH & I just loved about this RV. There is so much room in the living room.

Disbuf - Just looked at the Hornet 27FLDS that you got. We like it too. May I ask what was the key point that made you pick that model? Whenever we seen the one that we were looking at (Hornet 31RLDS) they did not have the 27FLDS. How long is the awning?

The 27FLDS has a 16' awning on it. We have a seasonal site on a lake lot so we liked having the living room in the front of the trailer so that we can look out at the lake which the 27FLDS allows us to do. Also, the trailer we bought had a table with 4 chairs instead of a booth. We were also concerned about the slideout on the awning side taking up space of our concrete patio at the lake. Finally, the trailer you are looking at weighs more which was going to be a challenge for us with our truck.

I will tell you that the 31RLDS has a much better kitchen layout than what we have. We actually have no counter space which will be interesting. I still think that large living room would be great with the 2 sofa's and that entertainment center across the back wall.
