Will they scan the right ticket?

We will be in Disney in December and have purchased MVMCP tickets for our first night and multi-day tickets for the remainder of our trip. Both tickets are showing in MDE for each person in our party. My question/concern is when we scan our magic bands on our first day will it automatically scan the party ticket and not our multi-day tickets?
TIA!

When you enter MK through the decorated entrance for a party at the appropriate time, the software operating those particular main entrance touchpoints is set in a 'party mode' and only capable of deducting from party ticket entitlements.

If you're particularly concerned, you can always go to a ticket window or guest relations and ask to have your party tickets prioritized to the top of your account.

Yes.
Which means that the topmost priority ticket will get used "next."

We are in the same situation. Is there a way for CL concierge (guest services) to check after the fact and see if the correct ticket was deducted and fix it if required- or will all of this have to go through guest relations? Just trying to spend as little time in lines as possible :)

When I spoke with a CM she advised the same...I think having guest relations move the ticket to the top will be much less hassle than having them fix the issue after the fact. We are in the same situation and are just going to make sure our MNSSHP ticket is listed first. Whenever you are going hope you have a great time!!

Guest Relations is the only place I've ever seen mentioned.

Best bet, do it there.

I often work the touchpoints at MK, and I can confirm this. The turnstiles on the ferryboat side can't take multi-day tickets at all after 4 PM on MNSSHP/MVMCP nights. You'll be just fine :)

Speaking from multiple ticket experience, you definitely want to make sure at guest relations or someone with an Ipad at the gate, that your party ticket is priority. Or it might scan your regular park ticket if you are entering between 4-7.

The concierge in your hotel cannot reorder the priority of these, and it may even show incorrectly to them.
I just finished rectifying a situation from my May trip!
