Will they allow this at AKV???

We are making our first trip as DVC members in March of 2011. My Question is, It will be My DH and I , my DM, and My DB and his GF, and DS2 who will sleep in a pack and play. So 5 adults and my DS2. Will they allow us to sleep in a studio? Or even a one bedroom? Do they watch how many people are in the rooms? We dont mind if we are squished because we arent all planning on being in the room that much at the same time. Any experience or advise on what room we should get with using the least amout of points would be great. Thanks!

You need a one bedroom so that there are adults in the master bedroom (2), the sleeper sofa in the living room (2) and the sleeper chair in the living room (2). The child can be in the pack n play.

Even that only works if your DM is okay with her son sleeping with his girlfriend. A two bedroom would give you much more privacy.

Thanks PP, no, to clear that up, haha they will not be sleeping in the same bed. My mom will sleep with her.. We were hoping to get a roll away for my DB or I guess the pull out chair?. Thanks for the reply.

There are no rollaways at DVC resorts. You would need a one bedroom, minimum, and at AKV, it could not be a "value category" one bedroom, as those do not have the sleeper chair. The value units ae smaller and don;t have enough room for the sleeper chair. Any of the other onebedrooms at AKV shouldbe fine...but if you can book Kidani, you will have two bathrooms, which would be good if you have full occupancy.
