Will there be 2 Fantasmic! Showings per night this summer?

My Hollywood Studios day is July 6th and I have booked the Star Wars Dessert party. Would we still be able to see Fantasmic at the later showing? I've never seen either show and can't decide! When I went in 2014 there was a 10:30 (??I think ??) show in addition to the earlier one. I don't see 2 showings a night for July 2016 so I'm confused. Thanks for any advice!

Disney has stopped doing 2 shows and stopped keeping HS open past 9:30. It is only playing at 9:00, so you're out of luck with seeing it and a dessert party. I know what you're feeling as I was extremely disappointed last year at how early it (and other parks) are now closing in the summer. We used to sleep during hot period and go at night with smaller crowds and cooler temps.

I'm not sure about this summer, but in June of 2016 HS did have a 10:30 show of Fantasmic because we went to it after the Star Wars fireworks. So it did happen last summer. At least June. Can't say anything about other times. I hope they do again this summer! I hate having to choose.

With the new pixar music show starting up soon and disney enjoying closing all parks except the one they want to drive crowds too early I would think probably not unless crowds support doing it twice and they are probably going to try to funnel (aka get people to want to park hop) everyone to ak and pandora.
