Will their be a height requirement on the new Stitch ride?

If they are doing what I think they are doing, then they will be making slight modifications to the Alien Encounters ride. So there should be no height requirements on the Stitch ride, but I am not posative.

I guess what I'm wanting to know is if it is going to be the kind of thing we can take our little guy on. He'll be 20 months old at the time.

I'm guessing that Stitch will replace the Alien and imagine that the original seating area will remain the same making it, then, a height requirement since the harness needs to come down over you. Not positive, just guessing--we should know something soon.

Someone else on the boards stated that they are using the same seating area from AE, so because of the harness system I would imaging that the height requirement will be the same as it was for the old ride (44 inches I think).

I don't know thw answer but I just had to comment on the pic in your post...That is a very good shot...

I am not just saying that. I am a trained photographer and until last year I shot models and weddings...

I wish I had a shot like this for my porfolio...I don't do kids very well. I could see this shot in Black and White with just some small items in colour...Very well done.

My thoughts are the same as others. Because they are using the same seating as AE, I would imagaine that the height would be the same. In order to fully get the effects of the attracation, your head needs to hit a certain point in the seats. There speakers and a few other effects that come out of the seats themselves.

Do you mean the picture in my signature? If so, thanks SO much! I took it myself with my little dinky camera, and I'm pretty proud of it. It was just one of those quick little moments, and I was really happy when I saw how it turned out. My little guy loves the playground!
