Will Stitch be a Fastpass ride?

We will be at WDW Nov 8-12 during what everyone is saying will be the "soft opening" for Stitch. Is this supposed to be a FastPass ride and if so, do you think they'll be issed during this time?

I know that the fastpass machines have been installed for the attraction. I'm not sure if they will be used during the "soft opening" or not. Have a great trip

If they're not functional, Stitch will just have to be part of my early entry MK plan along with Space Mountain and Buzz!
