My 4 yr old dd cried the other night when our server at O'Hana's put a piece of turkey on her plate so we ordered her a grilled cheese. (btw, the turkey was to die for)--you can order children's menu items like chicken fingers, grilled cheese, etc (check Kona Cafe's children's menu for children's selections).
If your dh remotely likes any kind of poultry, beef, pork or seafood or anything grilled he'll like O'Hana's food. The food is really good. There are dipping sauces for the meats, but the meats are flavored lightly but they are delicious. Shrimp is a bit spicey. It is worth a try.
The starters include rice, a mixed green salad with a light lime dressing (good), shrimp and crab dumplings, lightly seasoned chicken wings and a vegetable mix. The meats include a strip type steak, turkey (that's like a tender chicken breast), pork tenderloin and shrimp. Dessert is a sliced pineapple with caramel dipping sauce or can order one of many yummy desserts off the a la carte menu. Everything is all you can eat, I promise you won't leave hungry.
