We are leaving in 4 days

I just checked the weather, and generally speaking 90 will be the high and 75 will be the low. If we are at the parks late at night or early morning, will my kids, 5 and 2, need light jackets???

I wouldn't worry about it. They won't freeze to death in 75 degree weather.

I do not think they will need a jacket/sweatshirt for the parks, but some of the resturants are very chilly for my kids. I always bring a jacket for my youngest two boys.

I was going to say the same thing. I always keep a sweater in the car for DD5 for going to restaurants, even though it was 92 here this weekend outside! DD8 is almost never cold, so she rarely needs one, but DD5 gets chilled in the air conditioning. Depends whether your kids run hot or cold - the restaurants can vary from cool to downright frigid!

I'd leave the jackets behind. It will be plenty warm. I'm all about packing light. The less stuff to haul around, the better.

You won't need it for outdoors, but you might for air conditioned restaurants. I'd pack something thin and lightweight that they could pull on if they get cold in the ac.

NO! Just returned yesterday. It was HOT. With DS I was more concerned about him overheating, and was taking breaks in Baby Care and the stores so he coudl get some AC. I never felt cold a bit in the AC - even during longer Character meals. It was so hot, you needed the AC break to cool down.

No one in our group ever felt too cool - we were wearing shorts and lightweight shirts the whole time (and DS was in little sunsuits at times because of the heat).

I agree! We take a light jacket for the plane and airports. I don't carry one into the parks though. By the time we get our cameras, cell phones, and autograph books to carry around, I really don't want to mess with anything else!

Trust me, 75 is horrible when you factor in the awful humidity.

You won't need coats/jackets for outside.

We just got back. If you dont mind carrying them around all day, then go for it, otherwise, you wont need em.

Funny, we just got back yesterday as well and I would vote for packing the jackets. Yes it was warm, but we FROZE in the Si Fi Diner and a few other restaurants as well. We got wet/soaked on Kali Rapids/Splash Mtn. and were chilled every time we went into an air conditioned place. Jackets also work well to sit on the hot pavement for a parade or two.
