Will Monorail be running for MVMCP?

Since they are talking about the Monorail not running during EMH will it still be running for MVMCP? Or will we have to take the bus back to our resort?
I as thinking it would still be running since not everyone for the party is staying on site like EMH.

It should be running for MVMCP.
